Kraig Gratke worked in Public Schools for 8 years and then transitioned to Early Head Start and Head Start where he has worked for the past 25 years. Kraig worked in many different capacities and for three different Early Head Start/Head Start programs. Kraig is now the Executive Director of the Minnesota Head Start Association where his focus is advocacy for low income families and the Early Head Start/Head Start programs that serve them. Kraig is recognized for his innovative approach to programming and leadership when looking toward best practices in the future.
